Shams Builders & Developers have stepped foot in the real estate market since 2007. The objective of creating a company was founded by the late Mr. Arbab Shams Memon. He dreamt of transforming living standards of people. Later on, his son, Mr. Arbad Muhammadin Memon, continued to fulfil his dream with his very first project, “Shams Residency”, which is located in Thatta. However, the project was a major success and it gave him the lead to move further in the same direction, and since then, the company has not only made its name in the real estate market but has also earned the trust of many.
